Are those tattoos on him or did he do them on other people? I'm a bit confused here. It's damn nice work either way.

Oh sorry if I was a bit unclear in this matter. Those tattoos were made by Tane. Some might even be on himself - I'm not sure...

Hopefully I will be going down to Tuska Festival in Helsinki this summer and get some ink done by Tane! Pictures will of course be available at the site

I have no idea what he charges for doing tattoos. I have been promised a good price for the work he does on me, as a thanx for my website work, promotion etc

I'm sketching onthe tattoo I'll be getting done if I go. Also I will most likely tattoo a line saying "Honorary Leaguesman for life" (as Tane proclaimed me in an interview ) using letters from the Futhark...

I have three tattoos so far. Quite small all of them. One is a tribal styled dragon on my left upper arm, one is the Zyklon razor on my lower arm (right) and one is an inking saying URKRAFT (on my right upper arm) which I drew myself...The last one can be seen on the index page of my webzine - www.metalprovider.com/urkraft

I've got 4 and it's about time for another one. Mine are all Pagan symbols with specific purpose for being there. All in black, I don't like coloured ink on me. So how are you under the needle Stefan, do you get nervous and jumpy or are you OK after a fair bit to drink?

Actually I love getting my skin shred! I am something of a masochist when it comes to such things (not when it comes to sex though ). I truly love the feeling of getting tattooed...there's nothing better!

When I was younger I used to push needles through my skin to scare people One guy even puked once as I cut my finger with a knife - it was just a small cut at the top of the finger. Hahaha, I love to mess with people

Don't mistake me for a so-called "misguided teen" though. I never did these things because I hated my life or anything. Just some party tricks

I agree, ink is addictive. I usually get sorted with either a substantial amount of alcohol or a couple of joints before I go have it done and my tattoo artist knows not to tell me anything about the what or how of what he's doing. I still do not know how the gun delivers the ink to the skin and don't want to know. If you don't know then you don't panic but one thing I will say is that childbirth was ten times easier than getting tattooed across my spine.

but I've got another problem... what's the best place for a tattoo?
I often thought about getting one and my skin is still young and 'tight' but what will it look like in 50 years?
So it has to be a place that won't be ugly and wrinkled :confused:... this imagine is in my head every time I think about it...

You could get a tattoo either between the shoulder or perhaps down at the end of your back. Just above the "behind" so to speak. Those are two good places I think. Will be getting one between my shoulders soon myself. The upper arms or the ankels are nice places as well imho...

hm... I guess the upper arms are really nice places... when you have some muscles there, hehe... but that's what I'd never say about mine...

I just love tattoos though and I'll get a couple more in my life. Not too many though, just a few on well chosen places of my body...Now that I'll get them for free I can't say I won't cover my entire nody though Nah, that would never happen...
