Nighrage - Descent Into Chaos (Spoilers)

To all the respect to the bands, moderators in this forum as you may know already the album was leaked in the net this past weekend I want to share my opinion about the "album" here to other fellow nightrage fans.

No links and info where to get the album of course, if we can´t talk about the new album here please deleted this topic no problem with me of course.

I will put my entire review after a couple of spins in my winamp... ;)

In my opinion, the track that stands out is Solus. I love Tompa's vocals, but I think that this track is where the music portion of DiC really stands out.

Is a natural evolution, this album is really worth every penny I will spent on it. Tomas vocals are brutal as usual, what stand for me on this one is the drumming.

I wonder how the album is leaked and the cover artwork is not released yet or I am wrong???

Awesome. I've tried to hold out and not download new albums in the past, but I always fail miserably. I downloaded the new Isis and Dark Tranquillity albums well before their release date. I think Descent Into Chaos will be no different. Of course, I buy the albums when they're released, but I usually can't wait that long. I'll try to hold off for a little while to tease myself, but I'll end up listening if I can find it.

Just moments ago, I'm happy to report that I successfully "acquired" all 12 tracks on Descent Into Chaos. In just a few moments from now, I will be lying in bed while Descent Into Chaos pummels my unsuspecting eardrums. It's not good to comment on an album until you've grown quite familiar with it, so it may take a few days for me to adequately describe what I think of the album. I sampled one track briefly and Tompa sounds great as usual. His voice has definitely gotten deeper, though not quite as deep as it was on Terra Incognito. Now it's time for less typing and more listening.

And don't worry, I WILL be purchasing this album when it comes out, whenever the hell that may be.

i'll have to listen to the rest of the songs more, don't know them so much, because the mentioned above kick ass so much :P

yes descent into chaos will probably be one of the best metal releases this year. but character (dark tranquillity) is better... or at least I like it more :>

Right now Frozen is probably my favorite off of the album, closely followed by Solus.
