Probably never. The album is so overly produced that it'll be impossible to pull of live.

And try to find a drummer that sounds like the computer drums on that album.

THAT is NOT computer drums!! I don't think they would spend sooo much time on programming the drums to sound THAT good!! noo way!

I'm not saying it's computer drums but it sounds so Quatised. Quatised is when you record your drums with protools and then protools lines every beat up perfectly, so perfect that it sounds unrealistic.

I'm sure whoever played the drums recorded them properly. But they've been tampered with in a major way to sound better than the player and that's CHEATING. :)

haha yes.. I know. but everyone does that these days i'm afraid. and I'm very familiar with the expressions ;) But he is still playing them. and that is fine by me. on the other hand its good to have a really tight outcome on the album!! for me thats important!!

We're gonna record our first demo at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg and I defenitely wanna be tight on the drums then hahaha

Are u really gonna record there? I heard Nordtrom charge between $500 -$800US a day?!?

Does he do budget recordings or something or are you guys signed?

Hehe yes in March we are gonna record there. probably.
No he has a price for Demo recordings. but I dont think he's bragging with it haha.
But we're hoping to get signed with the demo! we got really good songs so :)

Pop by www.aeonic.se and download the promo songs. they sound like crap and the drums are programmed but thats basically what we sound like!

They used midi-drums for the last DM album I think... Drums could sound more vivid, would fit the album much better..
