Here is a recipe for you to try........kippis! ;)

FROZEN ALCOHOLIC PIE

For the crust:
1 package Oreo cookies
1 stick of margarine (margariini)

Take a sharp small knife and scrape the filling from the Oreo cookies. Put the cookies in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin, bottle of liquor, can of vegetables, anything that will serve the purpose.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. When it's melted, add the crushed Oreos. )Keep a small handfull of crushed Oreos to sprinkle on top of the pie.) Stir it around, take it off the stove.
Press the mixture into a pie pan and put it in the fridge until needed.

For the pie:
24 big marshmallows
1dl. Milk
2 dl whipped cream (use whipping cream, not Cool Whip)
60 ml liqueur (see below for variations)

Method:
* In a pot, melt the marshmallows in the milk on low heat, stirring frequently. When it's done, take it off the stove and set aside to cool.
* Whip the whipping cream in a bowl and set it in the fridge until needed.
* Make the pie crust. (see instructions)
* Add the marshmallows and milk mixture to the whipped cream and mix thoroughly.
* Add the liqueur (see variations) and mix thoroughly.
* Fill the pie shell.
* Sprinkle some Oreo crumbs on top.
* Put it in the freezer, uncovered. When it's frozen, wrap it in foil paper.
* This pie can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.
* Take it out of the freezer and let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.

Variations on Liqueur:
This is pretty limitless really, but here's some ideas:

Grasshopper - 40ml Crème de Cacao and 20ml Crème de Menthe
Pink Squirrel - 40ml Crème de Cacao and 20ml Crème de Noya
Amaretto - 40ml Crème de Cacao and 20ml Amaretto
Banana - 40ml Crème de Cacao and 20ml Crème de Banana
Cloudberry - 60ml Cloudberry (Lakka) Liqueur

You can make this with any flavour liqueur (likööri) or combination of. Crème de Cacao is a chocolate flavoured liqueur that is good to use with any liqueur that you think 60ml of would be a bit overpowering.

You might not want to let small kids eat this pie because it is a bit high in alcohol content.
