It depends on the times. Were this the 80's I'd say US, UK and Possibly Germany. But for now, I'd have to say Sweden, Finland and Germany.

ohh... we have a few good bands like TRAUMA, Demise, Lux Occulta, Devilyn, Spinal Cord, Dies Irae but most bands play boring death metal and are stupid true evil metallers...

Akercocke is alright, Frost and Anaal Nathrakt are great too! But I really don`t think that`s enough to qualify for one of the best country for (extreme) metal.

Great if you recommanded some less known UK bands, preferable BM.

um. . . . the remains of Carcass fromed Blackstar and released one album in 96 called Barbedwire soul then split, and this is like a cross between iron maiden and motorhead.

Bill steer of carcass formed Firebird a 70's rock stoner band and they have released 3 albums and are still going today. (not heavy or extreme but i like them)

but some more bands are: Bolt-Thrower, Extreme noise terror (i think they are from UK anyway) Onedice, Neckbrace.

and together with Carcass and Napalm Death and Earache records (which without alot of the norwegen and swedish bands wouldn't get a chance) i do believe our small UK handfull should get allowed as a kingdom of a small yet quality amount of extreme bands.

(pluss i know theres more bands i just cant think.)
