Woohoo! Great to see the site alive and kicking again! Those are some fantastic live shots of The Defaced! Who took them?

How is the album coming along? I read there are 7 new songs penned - how do you think they compare to Karma In Black?

Where do you hope to go with the new album? :)

Hey,

I think the new songs are sounding really fresh and that they're breathing full potential. They follow the vein of karma in black but you'll definitely spot the growth of the band and songwriting immediately. The moods in the songs are so far a bit darker than karma and it sounds real sweet:) It's still The Defaced but in a newer suit!

No specific recording plans have been made yet, we just want to write the best songs we can. When we have them, we'll hit the studio.

Also, more goodies on the way:cool: I'll tell you more about it when the time comes...

it's been a while since I dropped by... you know how it is, so many bands so little time... sounds like you guys are keeping up full steam ahead, can't wait to hear new stuff... perhaps you'll eventually make your way over to the UK for some live performances!!!
