Saxon - Heavy Metal Thunder

Just got this new Saxon release today consisting of re-recorded classics from the band. Power & the Glory, Crusader, 747, Heavy Metal Thunder etc. They are all here and redone in an amazing way. The originals are perhaps better in tehir own way but with a better production etc this sounds amazing! Damn I had put Saxon in the far back of my mind for a long long time...feel like a kid again! SAXON RULES!

True old-school british heavy metal, think Iron Maiden or any other N.W.O.B.H.M band. 80's heavy metal in its purest form. Look em up man! If you like Maiden and similar bands you'll love Saxon!

Likes and dislikes comes and goes, but for me SAXON are eternal favourites. Power And The Glory is one of the coolest metal tracks ever!
