Well I guess this means there won't be any conflicts with Soilwork/The Defaced live dates anymore for Henry...

Sad to see you leave one of my favorite bands... I wish you all the best in the future, and hope to meet again if you ever come to London with The Defaced...

I could see this coming but still never thought it would happen.

Goddamn, well gladly I could see Soilwork play with Henry twice during last winter.

Getting me in the second time was the nicest thing ever, it was sad that I couldn't stay there longer to chat with him but now hopefully with The Defaced I'm hoping to meet all you guys in Finland pretty soon (Matti I'll mail you later today about this) :)

Being with The Defaced would allow him to have more of a balance with personal life and a metal life I believe. I think when Soilwork was factored in there he was having to put his life on hold while Soilwork booked the whole summer and he got out before that happened. I think he did it to retain a better balance in his life. Sad to see him leave the band but I think it was for the best for him.

this was the most disappointing thing i'd heard in quite some time (until today i found out that matt left iced earth :gush: ). the first thing that i thought of was how i wasnt going to see him play with them this summer, so i'll probably never get to witness him in his drumming-god glory. i've yet to see soilwork so i have been pretty bummed about it. and seeing the bootleg videos off soilwork.net made it even worse. but how swforever put it is probably dead on, i really dont think the direction had much to do with it. well, all i know is that his replacement better be damn good and that when the defaced comes to the states, i aint gunna miss it for the world.
