View Full Version : So The New Defaced Came In The Mail Today

I think it is a really good cd. I had to get past the fact that there was no thrash at first because I was digging the cd for a while and I was like hey there will be a thrash song. I mean Klas is in the band right, but as it went on I was getting worried. So after the first spin, knowing there was to be no more thrashiness I took another spin and I am really liking this. The chorus in Once And Between is still my favorite. You guys really nailed it on that one.

Maybe I would have spaced out 9 and 10 though...they are both more slower paced. That is the only thing I can think about. Nice work guys.

Better late than never....I now own Karma in Black.....

MMMMM I was pleasantly surprised. I love once in between and Fumes from the swamp. It's a lot more melodic and less 'brutal' than the first album.
It has not left my stereo for 24 hours now I must have played it 12 times or something......aaaaaaaaaaa ...........bliss:D

Karma In Black is the only album I have of The Defaced, and what can I say...it is fucking excellent. A very well rounded package that makes me go :headbang: and :rock: the whole way through.
