What happened here since I was banned? There so little posting, the board is dead! Everyone used to be so enthusiastic about posting here and having this as the top posting board on HMAS. It would be hundreds of posts per day, now it's two active threads in the past couple days. Enter Chaos is doing more than before, they play Metalmania, and no one is talking about them. There needs to be more discussion of Enter Chaos here, and even if there's a lot of off topic stuff, there's still still more worth discussing here. Even with the cutbacks in boards and avatars, attachments, etc., there's still plenty of room for some discussion. Text doesn't take up lots of server space.
Visiting this board again makes me sad how such a fun place is slowing down and without all of it's old joyful and energetic spirit. All of us were happy and ready to post like hell here when we were about to pass the Moonsorrow board and have the most posts of any official forum on HMAS, why does it seem to stop without some goal of posting or random discussions started for the hell of it? I know I posted a lot, but all of you made this board a fun place to spend your time, and there is nothing to stop you from having fun here now. There isn't even a thread about Aura Sense. I know you're all very enthusiastic about Enter Chaos music, why not talk abot what's happening now? Aura Sense is coming together, and I'm sure there is plenty to say about that. A great album is coming from Enter Chaos, and there is no pre-release discussion about it. Nothing warms fans hearts more than excitedly awaiting a whole CD of new songs and talking about how it's going to be great, and whhat your favorite parts of the last album were and your thoughts about the band. With Aura Sense coming, the forum could use a fiery new color scheme and graphics. Bring back the old Enter Chaos forum spirit. Revive the chaotic myriad of posts that characterized this forum. There was still plenty of discussion here when all of the regulars spent time on the Detonation board, and the Detonation board is slower than ever too, not even a thousand posts, 135 of them in the NP thread and almost 200 in the trades/buys thread.
Even though there are few posts here, the ones there are aren't really detailed or descriptive, they are just posts, not excellent discussion of music. There isn't even great discussion of off topic stuff, or just passing the time starting some random discussion.
I can't be here to help this forum come back to being as good as it used to be, and I have also given myself the banned status as I'm sure Reno will do to this account. Just keep the spirit going that gave HMAS a quarter of its posts and ROCK ON!
